Customer Marketing Manager Harpenden, Herts 9 month fixed term contract (maternity cover) Our client, a successful and growing author and provider of accounting and business management software solutions, is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager based in their offices in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, commutable from London and the M25 area. The successful candidate will be responsible for all activities relating to marketing additional products and services to an extensive and industry diverse client base and be an important member of the overall marketing team. Liaising closely with directors, account management and new business teams you should have demonstrable ability to work across disciplines and seniority levels. The role requires experience of: - Managing a marketing team. - Campaign & product launches within the B2B software/technology market. - User group events and webinars. - The effective use of CRM systems to provide meaningful communications to the customer base. - Translating product functionality and services outcomes into customer benefits and ROI. - Working with the reseller market. - Responsibility for delivering required outcomes to budget. To be considered for this role you must have recent experience of working in a marketing management position in a B2B environment within the software/technology industry. This is a management role so it is important that you can demonstrate team management skills in a marketing environment. The role would suit an individual working as a marketing manager in a software house providing B2B solutions. Equally candidates demonstrating experience within the technology sector where `selling up and on ` provides a significant revenue stream will be considered. The role is office based but some travel may be required therefore a full clean UK driving licence is a necessity. Professional marketing qualifications are not required but would be a distinct advantage.
