Online employment platform: Find freelancers, project-based work, and job offers online

Those searching for job vacancies or new employees increasingly utilize an online jobboard to publish available projects and job offers. A job board supports companies and freelance professionals to find expert teams and staff upcoming projects or contract jobs – on a temporary or permanent employment basis. Companies publish their vacancies and job offers on a jobboard or online employment platform to connect with suitable freelancers. Ideally the skills and expertise offered by the freelancer exactly meets the requirements of the project or job offer. In the wake of increasingly flexible and collaborative work environments, project-based work and contract jobs are becoming more and more commonplace. Today, the traditional boundaries between freelancers and permanent employees are blurred; so that not only permanent employees are assigned to realize project-based work and contract jobs but increasingly also freelance professionals are hired to fill job vacancies.
